1. About this store

The wildnights.shop website is operated under the name Wild Nights. Our online store is hosted by Shopify. These terms apply to use of the website and purchases from the store, together with the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

This store offers adult products. You must be at least 18 and meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction to purchase them. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase. Do not use this website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorized access or infringement of other people's rights.

We may contact you to resolve payment, stock or address issues. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will notify you and refund payments collected for the unfulfilled goods.

Offers apply only as described on the relevant product page and checkout. A kit's included products, gifts and total price are those shown for the selected option when you order. Review your cart before paying. No promotional offer removes your statutory rights, and a discount does not automatically make a product ineligible for return.

6. Shipping and delivery

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Estimated delivery within the United States is 7–14 business days after shipment. 7. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Our voluntary policy allows return requests within 30 days after delivery for unused products with intact hygiene seals. Returns require coordination by email, and the correct return address is provided after authorization. 8. Privacy and marketing choices
