Order processing

Wild Nights processes orders within 2–3 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery to the United States

Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days after shipment, in addition to processing time. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised shipment date and explain your options to wait or cancel for a full, prompt refund. Where the law requires consent to a delay, we will obtain it; we will not treat a delay as a waiver of your rights.

International orders

Available destinations and shipping charges are determined at checkout. The United States delivery estimate does not apply to other countries. Before placing an international order, contact support@wildnights.shop to confirm delivery availability and the estimated processing and transit time for your destination. Customs procedures can affect international delivery. Import duties or taxes may apply; contact us before ordering if you need to confirm whether charges are collected at checkout or payable on arrival.

Shipping charges and address details

Shipping charges and any applicable taxes collected by the store are shown before you submit your order. Review your delivery address carefully. If you need to correct it, contact us promptly with your order number; changes may not be possible after shipment.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed, missing, damaged or marked delivered but not received, contact us with your order number so we can investigate with the carrier and arrange an appropriate resolution. You retain any rights available under applicable law.

Returns

Returns must be arranged with our support team. Please see our Return and Refund Policy. Our business address is not a return destination; we provide the correct return address after authorization.
