Some panels may require trimming or adhesives; always follow the instructions supplied with the particular product. Product photographs are illustrative, and display settings may affect color appearance. Any acoustic or decorative performance claims apply only to the extent specifically stated and supported in the product description. These provisions do not affect your right to receive goods that conform to their description.

Prices are shown in United States dollars (USD). Shipping charges, applicable taxes collected by our store, and the total payable are displayed before order submission. Promotions do not remove mandatory consumer rights, and discounted goods are not automatically excluded from returns.

Our stated order processing time is 2–3 business days, with an estimated 7–14 business days of transit after shipment for eligible deliveries within the United States. These are estimates rather than guarantees and must be read with our Shipping Policy. International destinations, if available, have separate delivery estimates and costs displayed or confirmed before purchase.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Our voluntary return policy permits eligible return requests within 30 days after delivery. For a change-of-mind return, panels must generally be unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and in their original packaging. Contact us for return authorization and a return address.
